My work with the Ontario Pops Orchestra involved boosting their digital presence and enhancing audience engagement through multimedia content creation and strategic planning. From video production to social media management, I contributed to the orchestra’s mission of bringing classical music to a broader audience.
I managed content for the orchestra’s social media, keeping their Instagram vibrant and engaging with posts designed to attract music enthusiasts. I conceptualized and directed a Virtual Concert initiative, allowing the orchestra to connect with audiences online. Additionally, I edited and wrote copy for multiple YouTube videos, capturing concert highlights and behind-the-scenes moments. As one of the cameramen and backstage crew members, I gained valuable hands-on experience in live event production.
Key deliverables included various Instagram posts that I developed and copyrighted to ensure consistency in brand messaging, and I played a key role in the direction and promotion of online events to enhance audience reach.
